As many of you know, things are turning at NewSong. God is at work in so many ways. Our congregation has grown deeper and more committed to the church without walls where everyone plays.
Yet in the midst of alot of good news, today was one of those difficult days you hope you never have to face. I wish I could have worshipped with everyone. I heard the services were fantastic!
Unfortunately, we lost one of our youngest newsong family members, four year old, Ryan Kagawan (Vince and Lisa are his parents) about 1pm today. After a week long battle with toxic strep syndrome (attacks one's organs), Ryan passed on in his parents' arms. My heart ached as I sat by the parents through this treacherous journey they didn't voluntarily undertake. It was one of the most difficult things I've experienced. Ryan's memorial service is planned for this Thursday at Pacific View in Newport Beach. Please pray for this family and his twin brother, Troy.
And make sure to give those near you some special love.
I'm reminded of how life is short. I don't know how one can live without Jesus.
SO THIS BLOG GOES OUT TO THESE TWO PEOPLE and ANTHONY TRAN:
so...he is a cool guy who is really there for me these days. I appreciate his care and funny personality.
THANKS FOR JUST TALKING!!
this is for MY FOREVER BLESSING. Honestly i can't see my life without this guy! He has always been there for me with words to help me, guide me, and reassure me. He is my support, my gift from God and words can't express how i feel for my brother in Christ. He never ceases to amaze me and that is crazy to say about a person.
I love you, always and you are always in my thoughts and prayers. THANK YOU Lord, for giving me such a blessing in life, a TRUE ANGEL ON EARTH...for me. hahaha

going to enjoy my time here and the blessings that God gave me.
